摘要
本文讨论了 1 ke V以下低能电子在生物介质 (水 )中的输运机制 ,运用 Monte Carlo方法模拟了电子在生物介质 (水 )中输运产生的径迹结构和能量沉积结构 .跟踪电子能量的下限达到 1 e V,其中考虑了 OH+ 和 H+ 等多种自由基的产生和分布 .
A new model of electron with energy as low as 1eV transporting in water are proposed and described. Some species of free radicals such as OH + and H + are taken into account. According to the model, the code has been developed, and the main results are compared with some previous works. The reliability of the model and the code is justified.
