A Forcast System of Pollution of Linfen

运用新型的预报工具 ,将混合物扩散的理论、实验研究结果和传统的统计方法应用于空气污染预报之中 ,细化了天气对空气质量影响的判别规则 ,运用 KLM滤波对污染级别进行了预报试验 ,制作和天气预报工作平台交互担任的预报系统 .

Using new tools of forecast, a forecast system of air pollution of Linfen has been finished on the base of theory about mixture diffusing and tranditional statistics. This system particularizes rules distinguishing the influenc of weather to quality of air, uses Kalman filter to make pollution forecast. It can be operated alternately with the flat of weather forecast.
