摘要
提出了一种新的双输入双输出电流模式多功能滤波电路 ,采用了零极子等效电路分析法 ,并用新型有源器件CCII和FTFN分别实现。该电路具有两个电流输入端和两个电流输出端 ,不必改变电路结构 ,可实现高通、带通、低通、全通滤波功能。两个电流输出端口具有极高的输出电阻 ,因此有较强的带负载能力 ,且ω0 和Q可独立调节。
A new current-mode multi-functional filter circuit with two-input and two-output, according to the nullor equivalent circuit analysis, is presented and carried out particularly with CCII and FTFN. Because of the two current input and two current output, the output current can realize the transfer functions of lowpass, highpass bandpass and allpass without changing the circuit topology. The two output currents have high output current resistance, thus having strong load capacity. Furthermore, the ω 0 and Q can be adjusted dependently.
