摘要
中国入世后,我国的资源采掘型企业将在管理、技术、成本、人才等方面同国际大公司展开全方位的竞争,实现可持续发展是资源采掘型企业应对挑战的必然选择。本文指出:搞好宏观调控,进一步优化资源采掘型企业的业务构成,组建企业集团,实现强强联合,加快走出去的步伐,实施人才战略,强化管理创新和技术创新,是我国资源采掘型企业实现可持续发展的有效途径。
This paper holds that an all -round co mpetition is to start,after China' s entry into WTO,between China' s enterprises in resource excavation and foreign major companies in the realms of managem ent,technology,cost and human reso urces,and that the re-alization of sustainable developme nt is an inevitable choice for China' s enterprises in resource excavatio n in meeting the challenge.The paper points out that efficient macro regulation,optimized structure o f professional work,organization o f enterprise groups and strengthening of management and tec hnology innovation are an effective route for the sustainable developme nt of China' s enterprises in resource excavation.
