摘要
主要阐述了利用模拟万用表检测光电耦合器的单向导电性 ,发射管的正向电压降UF 值 ,接收管的集电结与发射结的正、反向电阻以及穿透电流 ICEO等常用参数 ,同时还能检测光电耦合器是否能进行正常的“电—光—电”转换。测量电流传输比 ( CTR)的基本方法是利用 2块万用表 ,先测出光电耦合器的电流比例系数 ,再读出表 、表 的正向偏转格数 ,即可测出器件的 CTR值。
This paper mainly introduces how to check up single directional electric conductiuity,the value of the positive voltage fall U F of the emitter,the positive and reverse register of the collector and emitter in the collector and the strike current ICEO in commonly used parameter of the optocouple through multimeter.It also can check up if the 'electric light electric' translation of the optocouple is natural. The basic way of the check up of the current transmitssion ratio is using two multimeters, measuring current ratio coefficient of the optocouple at first, then reading out positive deflection grid of the multimeterⅠand multimeterⅡ,so as to figure out the CTR value of the device.
