摘要
虚拟仪器与传统仪器相比在概念和功能上有重大突破 ,它可使用相同的硬件系统 ,通过不同的软件组成功能完全不同的各种测量仪器。本文介绍了虚拟仪器 ( VI)的概念、组成、特点和软件开发平台 L ab VIEW,并以液压系统中油温的监测为例 ,提出了基于虚拟仪器技术的液压系统状态监测装置的设计思想和方法。利用虚拟仪器技术实现液压系统的状态监测 ,构成简单 ,功能齐全 ,用户可根据自己的需要 ,随时修改软面板的设计 ,周期短 ,维护调试方便。
VI has much improvement on traditional instruments.With the same hardware,the VI can form many different instruments by means of different softwares.In this paper,the idea,composition,characteristics and LabVIEW of VI are introduced Through the example of hydraulic system tmperature supervision,the test device design procedure of hydraulic system based on VI is advanced.Appling VI to hydraulic system status supervising the instrument is simple in structure,and complete in function.It's convenient to use VI,and users can revise the design of panel according to their requirements.
