摘要
本文从影像学设备、支架技术、导管栓塞技术、基因治疗等几个方面阐述介入技术的最新成果 ;计算机控制的显示技术、造影剂长距离自动跟踪技术 (步进技术 )及三维血管成像等新技术已被广泛应用在数字减影血管造影机上 ,CT透视引导介入穿刺正逐渐在临床应用 ,介入MRI基本处于研究阶段 ;内支架及导管栓塞技术应用领域越来越广泛 ,可部分取代外科手术 ;用介入放射学方法进行基因治疗前景令人鼓舞 ;介入放射学的发展和普遍应用 ,现已成为同内科、外科并列的三大诊疗技术之一 ,在新的世纪里 。
The advances in interventional radiology were reviewed in the following aspects eg. Imaging instruments, stent, catheter and embolization material gene therapy. Recently computer-controlled display(CCD) technique, stepping angiography and three-dimensional angiography have been used in DSA;CT fluoroscopy guided interventional procedure is gradually adopted in clinical medicine. Interventional MRI is under investigation. Stent and catheter embolization as well as replaced surgery have been used more and more in clinical practice. Gene therapy by means of interventional radiology has an encouraging prospect. Intervention radiology in association with internal medicine and surgery have become the three major diagnostic and therapeutic approaches in modern medicine, and certainly it will develop rapidly in the 21th century.
