电针对大鼠足底疼痛病灶所属脊髓节段一氧化氮合酶阳性反应的影响

摘要 采用 NADPH - d组织化学方法 ,观察电针对大鼠一侧足底注射 5 %福尔马林 5 0μl后病灶所属脊髓节段 (L 4~L 6 )一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)阳性反应的影响。结果表明 ,福尔马林组大鼠 L 4~ L 6节段脊髓胶状质 NOS阳性反应较生理盐水组显著增强 ,电针治疗组大鼠 L4~ L6节段脊髓胶状质 NOS阳性反应与生理盐水组无显著差异 ,但明显弱于福尔马林组。提示电针治疗能抑制大鼠足底疼痛病灶所属脊髓节段 NO合成 ,减弱脊髓神经元的敏感化 。 A focus of pain was induced in the sole of one hindpain of the rat by injecting 50 μl of 5% formalin. Histochemical NADPH diaphorase staining method was applied to observe the effect of electroacupuncture (EA) on NOS positive reactivity in the corresponding spinal segment (L4~L6). The results showed that the NOS positive reactivity in substantia gelatinosa (SG) of the L4~L6 segment was significantly stonger in the formalin group than in the normal saline group. such reactivity of the EA treatment group showed no significant difference from that of the normal saline group, but was significantly weaker than that of the formalin group. The results suggest that EA can inhibit the NO synthesis in the spinal segment to which the focus of pain in the sole of rats belongs and can attenuate the sensitization of spinal neuron, thus exerting the analgesic effect.
