丙型肝炎病毒感染的体外培养细胞的抗原表达

摘要 建立丙型肝炎病毒 (HCV)体外感染细胞模型 ,观察其感染细胞的 HCV抗原表达。用抗 HCV抗体和 HCV RNA阳性及阴性血清感染 MOL T- 4细胞 ,制备细胞片进行免疫酶染色。结果显示 HCV感染 MOL T- 4细胞 4天和阴性对照 HCV抗原均为阴性 ;感染后 7天胞浆内可见 HCV抗原阳性免疫反应产物 ;15天阳性细胞达到高峰 ,43天仍可见少量阳性细胞。结果表明 HCV体外感染 MOL T- 4细胞胞浆内观察到 To establish an in vitro HCV infection cell model for observing expression of viral antigen in the infected cells. Treat the MOLT 4 cells with anti HCV antibody and HCV RNA positive and negative serum, respectively. Prepare cell slides and stained with immuno conjugated enzymes method. Results show the immuno enzyme staining specimens were negative infected cells by HCV for 4 day. Beginning from day 7 positive antigen staining were seen in the positive serum treated group, reaching high peak on day 15, and up to day 43 some positive staining cells still exist. Results indicate that HCV antigens were expressed in the cell cytoplasm of in HCV infected MOLt 4 in vitro.
