APPLICATION OF DOUBLE COLORATION TECHNIQUE OF IMMUNOHISTOCHEMISTRY AND DNA IN SITU END LABELLING IN BONE MARROW SAMPLES

为扩展免疫酶标记分子病理学技术在血液病基础与临床研究中的应用 ,我们探索了碱性磷酸酶抗碱性磷酸酶(APAAP)免疫组化和 DNA原位末端标记 (ISEL)技术在骨髓涂片和切片 (乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯 GMA冷包埋 )中联合应用 (双重染色 )的方法 ,结果令人满意。

We explore the methodology about to use alkaline phosphatase anti alkaline phosphatase (APAAP) combined with DNA in situ end labelling (ISEL) ways in bone marrow samples including smears and sections in order to expand the application range of immunoenzyme labelling and molecular pathology techniques in basic and clinical study on hematological diseases. The experimental result is satisfactory and have been applied in the detection of differential antigens and apoptotic signals of white blood cells.
