尖锐湿疣患者皮损中白介素6mRNA表达的研究

STUDY ON THE EXPRESSION OF INTERLEUKIN-6 mRNA IN LESIONS OF CONDYLOMA ACUMINATUM

了解尖锐湿疣 (CA)患者皮损中白介素 6 (IL- 6 ) m RNA表达 ,以探讨 IL- 6在 CA发病及消退中的作用。采用逆转录 - -聚合酶链反应 (RT- PCR)技术检测 18例 CA患者皮损组织及 10例正常皮肤组织中 IL- 6 m RNA的水平。结果显示正常皮肤组织中有低水平的 IL- 6 m RNA表达 ,18例 CA患者皮损中 IL- 6 m RNA表达较正常皮肤组织明显增高 (P<0 .0 0 1)。本研究提示正常皮肤组织中的 IL- 6可能是表皮细胞增殖的必需因子之一。人类乳头瘤病毒 (HPV)刺激表皮细胞中 IL- 6产生增加 ,CA患者病灶局部存在表皮细胞因子网络的失衡 ,使表皮细胞过度增生 ,临床上通过纠正表皮细胞因子网络失衡 ,对治疗

To investigate interleukin 6(IL 6) gene expression in lesions of condyloma acuminatum(CA) and go further into the role of IL 6 in the pathogenesis and the regression of CA. The expression of IL 6 mRNA in the warts surgically removed from 18 cases of CA and 10 cases of normal cutaneous tissues was determined by using retro polymerase chain reaction(RT PCR) technique. The expression of IL 6 mRNA in the lesions of CA was significantly higher than that in normal cutaneous tissues ( P <0 001). The finding suggests that IL 6 may be one of the essential factors during the proliferation of epidermal cells in normal skin. The HPV may stimulate the expression of IL 6 gene in epidermal cells,It showed that patients suffered from CA have some disturbance of epidermal cytokine production in the lesion area. The enhancement of expression of IL 6mRNA in CA may result in the excessive proliferation of epidermal cells. Therefore, it is of certain help to rectify the disorder of epidermal cytokine network in the clinic treatment of CA .\;
