切断猫L_2背根后脊髓Ⅱ板层一氧化氮合酶的表达变化 被引量:2

摘要 采用 NADPH- d酶组织化学方法 ,观察一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)在成年猫脊髓 L2 节段板层的分布 ,并探讨切断 L2背根对 板层 NOS含量的影响。结果显示 ,NOS主要分布于正常成年猫脊髓 板层的神经膨体及少数神经元胞浆内。切断L2 背根 10天后 ,手术侧 板层 NOS的平均灰度较非手术侧明显增加 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,神经膨体密度则较非手术侧明显减少 (P<0 .0 1) ,这表明 ,切断背根可致相应节段脊髓 板层 NOS含量明显减少。提示 NOS在成年猫脊髓 The distribution and change of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in spinal lamina Ⅱ (L 2) 10 days after dorsal root rhizotomy were studied with nicotinnamide a denosine dinucleotide phosphate diaphorase (NADPH d) reaction. The average gray degree and the number of varicosities of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in spinal lamina Ⅱ were measurd and counted respectively. The results showed that NOS positive products were mainly distributed in axon terminal varicosities and a few neurons in spinal lamina Ⅱ. The average gray degree of NOS increased apparently in operative side when compared to the unoperated side ( P <0 05). Accordingly, the number of NOS positive varicosites decreased greatly in comparison with the unoperated side ( P <0 01). The results demonstrate that the level of NOS in lamina Ⅱ can be remarkably lowered by axotomy, and that NOS might play an important role in spinal lamina Ⅱ under physiological and pathological conditions.
