Hardware and software of graphic display system of the 16 bits STD industrical control computer have been inducted. The hardware structure and designing skill of the graphic display control templet have been emphasized. As long as a monochrome display is equiped, the display system can display Chinese word, english word and graphic. The display resolution is 352× 720. 44 ×90 ASCII words or 22×45 Chinese words can be displayed on a single screen and the picture is clear and steady. This display system can be used in industrial control site to display monitor graphic.
