摘要
为了探讨评估结直肠癌预后指标。应用催化信号放大 -原位杂交技术 ,研究 90例结直肠癌组织中 CD1 5和 nm2 3H1的 m RNA表达 ,并结合随访资料分析。结果表明 ,在结直肠癌中 CD1 5和 nm 2 3H1的 m RNA阳性表达分别为 84.4%和6 6 .7%。CD1 5m RNA高表达及 nm 2 3H1m RNA低表达与结直肠癌浸润程度、淋巴结转移和肝脏转移状况密切相关。提示 CD1 5和 nm2 3H1的 m
To study the prognostic parameter, catalyzed signal amplification in situ hybridzation technique was used to detect the expression of CD 15 mRNA and nm23H1 mRNA in 90 cases of colorectal carcinoma. Fifty three patients were followed up. The positive rate of CD 15 mRNA and nm23H1 mRNA was 84 4% and 66 7% respectively. The high level expression of CD 15 mRNA and the low expression of nm23H1 mRNA were correlated with serosa infiltration, lymyh node and liver metastases. The results demonstrate that the expression of CD 15 mRNA and nm23H1 mRNA could be a new biological marker for predicting the invasive potential and evaluating the prognosis of patients with colorectal carcinoma.
