摘要
测定了 2 7株中国 196 8~ 2 0 0 0年的人H3 N2 亚型流行性感冒 (流感 )病毒分离株HA1基因的核苷酸全序列 ,其中包括 7株流行代表株 :A3/Beijing/ 1/ 6 8、A3/Guangdong/ 2 4 3/ 72、A3/Beijing/ 39/ 75、A3/Guangdong/ 38/ 77、A3/Beijing/ 2 6 6 / 85、A3/Beijing/ 30 / 95、A3/Shanghai/ 1/ 98。阐明了这些流感病毒分离株的基因结构、变异本质、进化发展过程以及这些毒株与其它分离株之间的遗传进化亲缘关系 ,为应用生物信息学研究流感病毒基因组变异规律等打下了基础。初步的进化分析表明 ,历年来的人流感病毒H3 N2 亚型的起源和进化分为两个分支谱系 ,并在 1984 /1985年进行了交替转换 ;且有一部分人的H3 N2
HA1 genes of 27 strains of human influenza virus(H 3N 2) in China from 1968~2000 were sequenced,including 7 reference strains:A3/Beijing/1/68,A3/Guangdong/243/72,A3/Beijing/39/75,A3/Guangdong/38/77,A3/Beijing/266/85,A3/Beijing/30/95 and A3/Shanghai/1/98.With bioinformatic tools,analysis of these gene sequences revealed the HA1 gene structure,the mutant regularity,the phylogenesis of HA1 gene sequence and the amino acid sequence.Phylogenetic analysis showed that the human H 3N 2 influenza virus strains in different years were divided into two major lineages,which took subtitution in 1984/1985;and some human strains were closely related to the swine strains in their HA1 sequence.
