感染登革病毒Ⅱ型后白纹伊蚊氨基酸动态的研究

摘要 为研究感染登革病毒Ⅱ型 (DV2 )后白纹伊蚊氨基酸的动态变化 ,采用DV2经胸注射白纹伊蚊。分别测定感染后 5天 ,10天 ,2 0天白纹伊蚊氨基酸含量 ,并与未感染DV2相应龄期蚊虫氨基酸含量对比。结果显示DV2感染后 5天 :天门冬氨酸、谷氨酸、丙氨酸和精氨酸含量较对照组有明显升高 ,其余氨基酸变化不显著。DV2感染后 10天、 2 0天所有氨基酸含量的变化均不显著。本研究提示DV2可使感染初期白纹伊蚊的少数几种氨基酸含量升高。随着感染时间延长 ,DV2对白纹伊蚊氨基酸含量影响不大。 To study the dynamics of the amino acids in Aedes albopictus after the infection of dengue virusⅡype (DV2),DV2 was injected into the thorax of Ae.albopictus. The contents of amino acids in Ae.albopictus were determined on the 5th day,10th day and 20th day after DV2 infection respectively.The amino acids in Ae albopictus were compared with those in same instar non infected mosquitoes.The results showed the contents of ASP,GLU,ALA and ARG increased obviously on the 5th day after DV2 infection.There were no obvious changes on the rest amino acids.There were no significantly changes on the 10th day and the 20th day after DV2 infection.This study suggested DV2 could increase the contents of several sorts of amino acids in Ae.albopictus on beginning period after infection.DV2 had little affection to amino acids in Ae.albopictus with prolongation of infected time. Ae.albopictus could keep itself stabliziation of amino acids by some adjusting mechanism.
