摘要
目前用于药效研究的癣病动物模型的病情多较重,一些抗真菌作用较弱的中药对其较难奏效。本研究表明,穿刺法所致的豚鼠体癣模型对具有抗皮肤癣菌活性的中药水煎剂较敏感,今后可将其用于抗真菌作用较弱中药的研究。
At present studying in potency, as the disease condition of animal test model of tinea corporis is serious, some antifungal chinese drugs that have a weak potency fail to take effect. This study suggests that tinea corporis model of guinea pig caused by method of puncture is sensitive to some antifungal chinese drugs. This model may be used in studying chinese drugs which have a weak antifungal effect in future.
