摘要
采用原位反应增容技术制得非卤阻燃聚丙烯母粒 ,以此母粒作为阻燃剂和增容剂添加到聚丙烯中即得非卤阻燃聚丙烯。利用热分析手段对该阻燃母粒的阻燃性能进行了评估以及阻燃聚丙烯的热稳定性能进行研究。实验结果表明 ,这些阻燃母粒的热分解区间与聚丙烯的相匹配 ,阻燃聚丙烯的熔融放热显著降低 ,维卡软化点明显提高 ,而且随着阻燃母粒用量的增大 ,维卡软化点也增大。由此可见 ,这些阻燃母粒对聚丙烯是优良的阻燃体系 ,所得的阻燃聚丙烯的热稳定性能得到了很好的改善。
The halogen free flame retardant polypropylene (PP) masterbatch prepared by in situ reactive compatibility method.As flame retardant and compatibilizer it was added into PP to prepare the halogen free flame retardant PP.The flame retardance of the masterbatch and thermal stability of the flame retardant PP were studied.TGA results showed thermal decomposition region of halogen free flame retardant masterbatch matched that of PP,which implied these flame retardant masterbatch were excellent flame retardant system to PP.The melting heat emission of the flame retardant PP decreased obviously and its Vicat softening point increased.These experiment results indicated flame retardance and thermal stability of PP were greatly improved.
