摘要
研究了TBSI在丁腈橡胶中的硫化促进性能 ,并与NS、CZ、TMTD和DM促进剂进行了对比。结果表明 ,TBSI用作NBR硫化过程促进剂时 ,焦烧时间长 ,硫化胶强度高 ,但硫化速度较慢。当TBSI与TMTD、DM或M组成活化的次磺酰胺并用体系时 ,不但保证了焦烧安全性 ,缩短了正硫化时间 ,而且还进一步提高了硫化胶的 3 0 0
The property of TBSI used in NBR as accelerant was studied, and the consequences were compared with that of the accelerant NS, CZ, TMTD, as well as DM. The results showed that as the accelerant of NBR in vulcanization, TBSI had much more scorching resistant time and higher vulcanization degree, but lower vulcanization rate. When TBSI was blended with TMTD, DM or M as activated sulphenamide system, the safety for scorching was guaranteed, the best cure time was saved, and oriented stress of crosslinked rubber was improved by 300%.
