摘要
对石嘴山高岭土细粉进行了高温焙烧和碱改性处理 ,并利用XRD、N2 吸附法、IR酸性表征、微型和小型反应器等进行研究 ,结果表明 :高岭土经过热和化学改性形成了一定活性中孔结构 。
The powder of Shizuishan kaolin was baked and modified with alkali. The properties of FCC catalyst with modified kaolin as matrix were investigated by means of XRD, N 2 absorption, IR acid characterization, as well as small reactor test. The results showed that some active mesoporous structure formed in modified kaolin. The FCC catalyst containing the modified kaolin exhibited good anti-metal contamination and excellent heavy oil cracking performance.
