新型高效循环冷却水处理剂配方研究

A new treatment formulation for circulating cooling water

针对兰州石化公司合成橡胶厂、石油化工厂循环冷却水浓缩倍数偏低的问题 ,开展了工业循环冷却水处理剂配方研究 ,筛选出一种适合高浓缩倍数运行的低磷配方。该配方使用的最佳浓缩倍数为 3 .0～ 3 .5 ,总磷控制在 5～ 6mg/L 。

Aimed at the lowness of concentration multiple in circulating cooling water, a low phosphorus content formulation for high concentration multiple running was chosen.The optimized concentration multiple ranged from 3.0～3.5,overall phosphorus was controlled in the range of 5～6 mg/L,all the factors above were suitable for the water supply from upper reaches of Huanghe River.
