摘要
本文研究了以高压釜为反应容器 ,以Al2 (SO4) 3·1 8H2 O为催化剂 ,由既作反应物又作溶剂的甲醇及对羟甲酸为原料合成尼泊金甲酯。讨论了催化酯化的各种影响因素 ;实验表明 ,在醇酸摩尔比 3 5 :1 ,反应温度 1 3 0℃ ,反应时间 3h ,催化剂与酸摩尔比 0 0 6 5 :1的条件下 ,酯收率达 88 7% ,酯含量大于 99%
This paper studied the synthesis of nipagin ester by mechyl alcohol that was both reaction mass and soluent and p -hydroxy benzoic acid in a high-pressure reactor,the catalyst was hydrated aluminium sulfate.A variety of influence factors of esterification and catalysis were also discussed.The experiments showed,when alcohol:acid(mol ratio)=35:1,catalyst:acid(mol ratio)=0.065:1,keeping the reaction at 130℃ for 3 hours,that the yield of ester was 88.7% and the purity of ester was over 99%.
