摘要
在气 -固相反应体系中 ,考察了负载型的keggin结构的H3PW1 2 O40 、H4SiW1 2 O40 、H4GeW1 2 O40 、H5BW1 2 O40 和Dawson结构的H6PW1 8O62 这五种杂多酸对酯化反应的催化活性 ,选用了活性炭、γ -Al2 O3、石英砂、5A -分子筛四种载体 ,实验结果表明 ,同一载体负载的不同杂多酸 ,具有相近的催化活性 ;不同载体的杂多酸催化剂的活性与载体表面特性有关 ;在同一条件下 ,炭载型催化剂表现出了很高的催化活性。
The catalytic properties of four heteropolyacid(HPAs)with Keggin sturcture and one Dawson structure suported on four supports were investigated during the esterfication of iso-pentanol with acetic acid in the gas-solid system The experimemtal results indicated that catalytic activity of different HPA immobilized on the same support is similar,and there is acorresponding relation between catalytic activity of the same HPA on various supports and the character of support,In addition under acid/alcohol ratio 1 2~1 4,temperature 135℃ and space velocity 6 67 h -1 ,iso-pentanol and acetic acid have higher conversion and selectivity to isopenty1 acetate is close to 98%
