摘要
推荐了几种氧化铝陶瓷宽带高功率矩形密封窗的封接结构 ,并对其封接工艺要领进行了简要介绍。
Several kinds of seal structure of Al 2O 3 broad band high power rectangular ceramic hermetic windows were introduced and recommended in this paper, and the main points of seal technique were introduced briefly.
