摘要 介绍一种利用光电技术动态检测轨道不平顺的方法,装置安装在运营机车上,由线阵CCD 传感器、红外线光源、轨道检测单元板、数据转储器和地面微机处理系统等部分组成。阐述了直接测量法原理、硬件电路、浮动二值化以及双CCD的并行驱动采集,并给出了现场试验结果、检测曲线和故障点照片。该装置稳定可靠、数据准确率高,可对轨道状态进行定量分析和定性评价。 A method for dynamically detecting irregularity state of railway track by means of a photoelectric technique is introduced. The unit that consists of CCD sensor, IR light source, detecting unit board for track, data memory transfer unit and ground-based microcomputer processing system is installed on an operating locomotive. The principle for direct measurement, hardware circuit, floating binaryzation and parallel sampling with double CCDs are described. The tested results in field, detection curves and pictures of fault on the spots are given. The unit is stable and reliable. The data obtained with the unit are highly accurate. The quantitative analysis and qualitative evaluation for state of railway track can be carried out by means of the unit.
