摘要 本文利用漫射近似理论,推导了组织表面的空间分辨局部漫反射光的稳态解析式,然后利用人体结肠组织的两组典型光学特性参数,给出了漫射近似的计算结果,并与用蒙特卡洛仿真结果进行了比较.结果表明,漫射近似理论的成立是有条件的.通过采用一种修正的简化漫射方程,对漫反射光成功地进行了拟合,可用于组织光学特性参数的间接测量。 The steady-state expression of local diffuse reflectance from surface of biological tissue is deduced from diffusion theory. Computation result with two set of optical properties of typical colonic tissue is given and compared with the results of Monte Carlo simulation. It is shown that diffusion theory is a conditional approximation. By using a modified expression originated from diffusion theory, the diffuse reflectance is successfully fit with sound enough accuracy, which makes it applicable in deducing optical properties of biological tissues from diffuse reflectance measurements.
