摘要
中国城市生活垃圾的主要特点是垃圾混合收集、垃圾组成复杂 ,水分高、热值低。针对上述特点 ,浙江大学开发了异重流化床垃圾焚烧技术 ,并成功将杭州余杭锦江热电厂原燃煤锅炉改造成为垃圾焚烧流化床锅炉。该文结合垃圾焚烧流化床技术特点 ,依据 1 5 0 t/ D城市生活垃圾流化床焚烧炉的实际运行结果 ,对于不同垃圾处理量对焚烧炉燃烧效率的影响、流化床床层温度的稳定性、焚烧炉的负荷变化率、烟气中污染物排放结果及焚烧炉的初步经济性等方面进行了分析讨论 ,所得结果有助于进一步提高我国废弃物焚烧处理技术的水平。图 5表 4参
A differential density fluidized bed municipal solid waste (MSW) incineration technology was developed by Zhejiang University. The technology focuses on treating Chinese MSW, which is more complicate comoponents, high moisure and low heat value. A 150t/D MSW incinerator had been retrofitted from a 35t/h coal firing grate boiler and put into operation in August 1998. Some effects on incinerator's performance are analyzed based on operation results, such as MSW treatment capacity and bed temperature. Further, the steam capacity changing rate, pollutant emissions and economic performance of the incinerator are also discussed in the paper. The above results will lay a good foundation for further researching on MSW incineration technology. Figs 5, tables 4 and refs 6.
