摘要
管道弯头的研究是国内外的一个热点。文中利用叠加模型 ,提出了椭圆截面变厚度弯管的应力计算公式 ,并通过自行设计的管系得到实验验证 ;同时推荐使用半椭圆表面裂纹的应力强度因子和直管曲率修正的计算表达式 ,通过对 1 2 Cr1 Mo V钢的抗疲劳性能测试 ,验证了推荐公式比实测有 8~ 1 0的安全系数 ,符合工程要求。文中提出的计算公式可供工程直接应用。图 5表 2参
The research of the elbows of pipe is a hot spot at present. The formula of th stress calculation of the elbows with elliptic section whose thickness is nonuniform, with the modal of superimpose, is proposed in this paper. And the formula of the calculation of the stress intensity factor of the semi ellipse surface cracks and of the modification of curvature is suggested. The fatigue test of the 12Cr1MoV Steel proved that the formula suggested in this paper satisfies the demand of the utilization in engineering with 8~10 safety margin. Figs 5, table 2 and refs 3.
