利用介质阻挡放电进行常压氮气渗氮研究取得突破性进展。研究结果表明
Research on the dielectric barrier discharge nitrogen nitriding at atmospheric pressure have consumedly progressed.The research results prove that the dielectric barrier discharge nitrogen nitriding at atmospheric pressure may be a promising surface modification technique of environmental protection for metal.
