摘要
目的 对黑木耳多糖和红菇多糖进行降胆固醇作用研究。方法 给予大鼠高脂饲料 1周 ,建立高脂血症大白鼠模型 ,用黑木耳多糖、红菇多糖对具高脂血症的大白鼠进行股部肌肉注射 1周 ,剂量为每日15mg/kgd ,测定血清中总胆固醇含量。结果 注射红菇多糖后大鼠总胆固醇含量比对照组降低了 4 5 .2 % ,注射黑木耳多糖后大鼠的总胆固醇含量比对照组降低了 4 2 .2 % ,均达到了显著水平。结论 黑木耳多糖。
Objective To Study the effect of Auricularia Polysaccharide and Russula Polysaccharid on reducing blood cholesterin.Method Two polysaccharides were isolated from Auricularia auricula and russula sp and injected respectively into thigh muscles of rats with hyperlipemia,at the dosage of 15 mg/kg body weight/day for 7 days.Results It can reduce 45.2% and 42.2% of the rat's total serum cholesterol comparing to their contrast after injecting Russula and Auricularia Polysaccharide,respectively.Conclusion Both Auricularia and Russula Polysaccharide can reduce the blood cholesterin remarkablely.
