差示分光光度法测定小儿速效感冒冲剂中对乙酰氨基酚含量

Determination of paracetamol in Xiaoersuxiaoganmao Granules by differential spectrophotometry

目的 :建立小儿速效感冒冲剂中对乙酰氨基酚的含量测定方法。方法 :采用差示分光光度法 (ΔA法 )测定其含量。结果 :此方法线性关系良好 ;平均回收率 10 0 .7% ;RSD =0 .92 % ;n =5 ;r =0 .9998结论 :本法测定对乙酰氨基酚含量 ,能较好地消除其它组分的干扰 。

Objective: To establish a determination of content of paracetamol in xiaoersuxiaoganmao Granules.Methods: Differential spectrophotometry was used.Results: This method had a good linear relationship. The average recovery was 100.7%, RSD =0.92%, n =5, r =0.9998 Conclusion:This method can eliminate the interference of other components, and can be used for the quality control of preparation.
