摘要 Brugada综合征于1992年由西班牙Brugada兄弟首先报道,患者有多形室性心动过速(室速)和/或心室颤动(室颤)发作,心电图表现为正常QT间期、右束支阻滞和右胸前导联(V1~V3)ST段持续抬高,而心脏结构正常[1,2].
