过氧化体增殖物激活型受体在控制炎症反应中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 过氧化体增殖物激活型受体为细胞核内受体大家族成员之一 ,具有调节多种基因转录活性的功能。近年研究发现 ,过氧化体增殖物激活型受体活化后可通过调节体内信息转导途径的活性抑制炎症反应。可以设象 ,过氧化体增殖物激活型受体激活剂用于治疗慢性炎症性疾病 。
