一种适用于强散射生物介质脉冲响应函数的改进算法

摘要 该文在分析生物组织光学特性的基础上 ,针对强散射、弱吸收介质 ,提出了一种利用MonteCarlo模拟方法获得二维分布 ,脉冲响应函数的改进算法 ,利用该方法进行数值计算 ,得出了较为理想的结果 。 An improved statistical algorithm is proposed to obtain impulse response functions of highly scattering and low absorbing biological tissues.The impulse response functions of biological tissue are obtained by general simulation,and the improved statistical algorithm is introuduced in this paper.Results originated from the improved statistical algorithm is well matched with those from commonly used Monte Carlo method.Using the improved method,we found that the calculation is faster to reach statistical stabilization than commonly used Monte Carlo simulation.The computational efficiency of the improved algorithm is much higher than that of commonly used Monte Carlo simulation.
