摘要
本文采用一套流动注射(FIA)-双光束分光光度计装置,选用适宜工作条件测定了河泥中的痕量Al。该法设备简单,灵敏度比普通FIA-单光束光度法高1倍,分析速度快(90样/小时),相对标准偏差为0.8％(n=13),检出限小于0.04μg/ml。
Determination of trace aluminium in sludge of river by using a dual-beam spectrophotometer-flovv injection apparatus is reported. The sensitivity is twice as high as it is in the conventional single-beam-spectrophotometric-
FIA methods. The frequency is 80-90 samples per hour. The relative standard deviation is less than 0.8%(n=13) and detection limit below 0.04ppm.
