摘要
目前电泵采油在油田开发生产中已广泛应用 ,电泵机组中心控制器内欠载电流值的整定方法都遵循相同的标准 ,即欠载值为正常工作电流的 80 %。但是在实际生产中 ,这样的整定标准容易使电泵井发生频繁欠载停机的现象 ,既影响生产时率又缩短机组寿命 ,所以希望通过改变电泵井欠载值整定标准来解决这一问题。对目前的欠载整定标准所存在的缺点进行了初步分析 ,在提高电泵井运转时率和延长机组寿命的指导思想下 ,结合生产实际提出电泵井欠载整定值标准应为额定电流的 6 5 %。实践证明该方法在生产实际中是行之有效的。
At present,the submersible pumps have a wide range of application in petroleum production in the oilfield.As for the running submersible pump, there is a general criterion to adjust underload value of electric current by the aboveground central control unit, which underload value is 80% of the working value. However, in the practice petroleum production, this criterion often gives rise to frequent underload shutdown of the submersible pump, and it will impair production efficiency and machine group's lifetime. As a result, we try to settle this problem by changing the criterion of underload value. Through elementary analysis on the disadvantage of the old criterion, a new criterion was obtained in this article. Based on the principle of increasing production efficiency and machine group's lifetime, as well as practical production,we consider it to be right that underload value is 65% of the working value of the submersible pump.Up to now,this criterion has been already proven to be efficient in practical production.
