摘要
人才测评是指运用先进的科学方法,对社会各类人员的知识水平、能力及其倾向、工作技能、个性特征和发展潜力,实施测量和评鉴的人事管理活动。它是一门融现代心理学、测量学、社会学、统计学、行为科学及计算机技术于一体的综合性学科。借助现代人才测评技术对管理专业本科毕业生综合素质进行研究,建立了科学的、合理的、可操作的综合素质测评指标体系、测评方法及测评模型,更加全面地、客观地评价大学生的知识、能力和水平,适应社会对选拔人才的科学化、标准化的要求。该论文填补了我国在大学生综合素质测评这一领域研究的空白。
Talents evaluation refers to the personnel management activity which involves the application of survey and evaluation to the variety of social personnel in the aspects of knowledge level, capability and trends, work skills, individual characteristics and development potentials. And it is a synthetic subject synchronizing the modern psychology, surveying, soci- ology, statistics, and behavior science and computer technology. With the aid of modern tal- ents evaluation technology, the synthetic makings of graduates major in administration with the bachelor degree are researched in this paper, and the scientific synthetic makings evaluation indexeds system, evaluation methods and evaluation model for college students are built up, and those, which is adapted to the social requirement on the scientific and standard talents selection, would evaluate college students' capability and levels in more comprehensive and objective way. This paper supplies the national gap in the field of synthetic makings evaluation of college students.
