摘要
读者服务工作是图书馆的核心工作。随着图书馆向数字化方向发展,传统的以借阅为主的单功能服务模式已无法适应读者工作所面对的网络环境。 面对数字化背景下读者服务工作取向的变化,拟构建一个以知识和信息的检索,收集、传递发布为主的多功能的读者服务工作模式。它的基本框架为:人才市场预测,网络信息开发与指导,网络技术培训。
A library' s main work is to offer a good service to the readers. With libra- ries' digital development, the traditional simple lend-and-return service pattern can never keep pace with the computer networks' development. So building a new work model of knowledge and information's retrieving, collecting and delivering is very necessary. Its frame is: forecasting of talents market; computer networks' information development and direction; computer networks technology training.
