摘要
目的 考察苏合香 β-环糊精包合物的理化性能。方法 采用薄层色谱、X射线粉末衍射及红外光谱法对包合物进行理化鉴别 ,采用 HPL C法考察包合物中桂皮酸的溶解度和体外溶出度。结果 薄层色谱图谱显示 ,苏合香被β-环糊精包合前后的主成分没有发生变化 ,包合物的 X射线粉末衍射图谱及红外光谱与苏合香、苏合香β-环糊精混合物的图谱具有显著性差异。包合物中桂皮酸在 0 .1mol/L 盐酸溶液、p H6 .6和 p H7.5磷酸盐缓冲液中的溶解度及体外溶出速率均有显著提高。结论 苏合香被β-环糊精包合后呈现出新的物相特征 。
Object To study the phsiochemical properties of storax β cyclodextrin (β CD) inclusion complex Methods The inclusion complex was identified by the methods of TLC, X ray powder diffractometry and IR The solubility and dissolution rate of cinnamic acid in inclusion complex were investigated by HPLC Results The TLC showed that the main composition of storax had no change before and after being included by β CD The spectra of X ray powder diffractometry and IR of the inclusion complex were remarkably different from those of storax and storax β CD mixture It was shown a great improvement of the solubility and dissolution rate of cinnamic acid in the inclusion complex in 0 1 mol/L HCl, pH 6 6 and pH 7 5 phosphate buffer solution Conclusion The storax β CD inclusion complex exhibits some new physical characteristics and its physiochemical properties are greatly changed comparing with those of storax
