摘要
以硫代碳酸盐为原料 ,用室温液相反应合成出前驱物硫代碳酸锌 ,在高压釜中 16 0℃加热 6小时即得纳米ZnS .用X射线粉末衍射 ,透射电镜对产物的组成、大小、形貌进行表征 .结果表明 ,产物纳米ZnS为立方晶系结构 ,平均粒径为 2 0nm .
ZnS nanoparticles were obtained by decomposition precursor ZnCS3 at 160℃.The reaction precursor was synthesised by new Na 2CS 3 and Zn(Ac)2 ·2H 2O at room temperature . Its structure was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction and transmission electron microscope.. TEM and XRD show that ZnS nanoparticles in cubic structure with uniform size distribution of 30nm.
