摘要
光学镜头光学与机械一体化CAD软件应用多数据库通信技术 ,首次改变了光学镜头分光学与机械两阶段的传统设计模式 ,实现光学与机械设计一次成功 ,跨越了机械设计阶段中的结构设计和大量零部件制图工作。通过系统提供的建立光学系统、光线追迹、像差计算、变焦距设计、像质评价和系统连接等程序模块完成光学系统设计与计算 ,并建立了光学设计参数和系统参数数据库。经选取该数据库的参数和光学系统型式后 ,系统控制程序运行自建的公用函数库和机械零部件数学模型程序库 ,达到自动生成光学镜头机械结构零部件图的目的 ,使光学镜头机械结构实现自动化设计。
This optical lens CAD software system has carried out the integrative unitization of optical and mechanical design based on the communicative technology of multi_database. So the traditional design of an optical lens with two stages of optical and mechanical method has been changed into one time design for the first time. The system can supply such program blocks as those for creating optical system,tracing rays,computing optical aberration,designing zoom lenses,evaluating image quality,and interconnecting systems,etc.All of them will accomplish optical system design,parameter computation,creation of the database for optical design and system parameters.After the database file parameters and optical system model are selected,the system control program runs the database program for the self-creating public function and the mathematical models of mechnnical components.Then the optical lens CAD software system automatically generates the mechanical graphics of components. In this way,the autodesign of an optical lens has been realized.Finally,the article illustrates the example of designing a zoom lens for professional TV camera.
