摘要
介绍了一种新的表面合金化技术———加弧辉光离子渗钛技术。利用该技术可在石墨板上形成均匀的渗钛层。试样在 0 .5mol/LH2 SO4溶液中进行电化学腐蚀测试 ,结果表明 :渗钛石墨电极比石墨电极的耐蚀性有很大提高 ,与钛板的抗腐蚀性能相当。探讨了渗层钛浓度分布 ,并用X射线衍射对渗层相组成进行了分析。
This paper introduces the arc added glow discharge ion titanizing technique. Even titanizing layer was achieved on the surface of graphite anode using this technique. The corrosion resistance of titanizing layer has been investigated by electrochemical method in 0.5mol/L H 2SO 4 solution. The results indicate that the surface titanizing layer formed on substrate of graphite anode has much better corrosion resistance than graphite anode and it has similar corrosion resistance to Ti anode. The concentration of titanium in the diffusion layer was studied also. The phases in the diffusion layer were analyzed using XRD.
