摘要
针对西气东输工程天然气输送为高压大口径大流量的特点及天然气贸易计量系统流量量值溯源的技术难题 ,通过分析国内外天然气流量量值溯源方法与技术 ,结合国内外大型计量站的流量量值溯源技术现状与实际情况 ,提出了采用超声流量计与涡轮流量计串联互为核查、次级标准相互比对并分别向上溯源的技术方案 ,以确保天然气计量量值的准确性。
In accordance with the characteristics of high pressure and large size pipeline and large flow rate of the West to East Natural Gas Transmission and technical difficulty of traceability of the value of quantity of natural gas flow rate in custody transfer measuring system and through analyzing the methods and techniques of this traceability at home and abroad,in light of the current situation of techniques of this traceability of large measuring stations at home and abroad,presented is a technical layout in which ultrasonic flow meter shall be in tandem with turbine flow meter for duplication check and secondary standards shall be compared and traced each other to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the value of quantity of natural gas measurement.
