With the completion of the picture of human gene and the scientist's further research on human gene, the difference anony human beings is revealed. Therefore, the human privacy has come into gene area. This essay shows that gene information as a kind of privacy should be clearly stipulated and the gene privacy right should be carefully protected by our civil law.
