摘要 介绍了在高性能蒸养水泥中掺入钢纤维制备出高性能水泥基复合材料的研究结果。研究了水灰比 (W/ C)、砂灰比 (S/ C)、钢纤维掺量对水泥基复合材料性能的影响 ;并用 XRD、SEM分析其微观结构和形貌。试验结果表明 :将钢纤维掺入到高性能蒸养水泥中并采用适当的工艺 ,可制备出抗压强度达 133MPa,抗折强度达 2 4 .5 A series of research results were presented on high performance cement based composites with adding steel fiber in high performance steam curing cement. The effect of water binder ratio (W/C), slag binder ratio (S/C) as well as the adding quantity of steel fiber on cement based composite was studied; The microstruture has been analysed by XRD?SEM. It showed that the high perfomance cement based composites can be made by adding steel fiber and using proper process. They have compressive strength of 133 MPa and flexural strength of 24.5 MPa.
