摘要
运用人力资本理论 ,透视我国企业人力资本开发现状 ,阐述人力资本理论在改革企业管理理念、产权制度改革、人力资本权益建立和人力资本投资诸方面所起的理论指导作用 ,对人力资本理论在我国企业的应用开发作了实证分析。
Based on the Human Capital Theory, the paper analyzed the present situations of human capital development in Chinese enterprises; expounded the directive function of the Human Capital Theory in aspects of changing the idea of enterprise administration, the reform of property right system, the establishment of human capital equity and the human capital investment; and made analysis on application of the Human Capital Theory to Chinese enterprises.
