摘要
在新型输出机构———零齿差机构中 ,齿轮必须进行切向变位才能避免齿形干涉 .在滚齿机上脱开分齿挂轮 ,旋转d轮 ,进行切向变位切削 ,其操作简便 ,加工精度高 ,并解决了两个关键问题 :①在保证齿轮切向变位精度的前提下 ,如何使d轮转过的齿数恰是整数 ;②在切向变位和径向变位中 ,分别标出两种变位时的公法线长度 。
In a new-type output mechanism ,zero teeth difference type output mechanism,the gears must be corrected to avoid the interference of tooth shape.It is presented that in gear-hobbing machine by unsnapping the change-gears and rotating the gear d,angular correction cutting will be simple and convenient and with high accuracy.In this research,two key problems have been solved: ① on the premise that ensures the accuracy of gears,how to make the sum of teeth that the gear d rotated is integer. ② during the design of the gears,the factor of displacement for gears must be given out respectively.The common normal length must be given out to make the measurement easily.
