摘要
详细阐述了可编程控制器 (PLC)控制的换热器系统的总体结构、工作原理及其硬件和软件。
A heat transformer system controlled by the PLC is introduced in this paper.It gathers the heat transformer′s real time data which are processed by the PLC through the sensor and the transformer, controls the process with PID closed loop,displays the process data by the interface of touch screen,records the process curves and history curves,and at the same time,displays and records the alarm events and alarm time.The author elaborates the total construction of the system,working principle and its hardware and software.
