摘要
超短半径水平井钻井工艺是现代钻井的一种新技术 ,它需要把锻铣掉的油层套管井筒扩出大于套管近 4倍的井眼 ,这是常规扩孔器不能做到的 ,为此 ,设计研制了具有结构新颖、工作可靠、使用寿命长、可重复多次下井使用的超常规扩孔器 ,经地面及下井试验 ,使用完全达到设计要求。
The super shorter radius horizontal well drilling is a new technology that require a hole with a radius over 4 time of case radius at the production case which had been milled.And conventional enlarger can not meet this demand.To solve this problem,the supernormal enlarger with advanced structure,reliable working ability,longer service life and reuse ability have been developed.Ground and underground tests show that the design and application demand is achieved.
