摘要
针对半智能CAFD系统 ,提出一种基于知识与人类思维的混合推理策略。通过对基于规则、模型与案例推理的分析 ,给出了基于混合推理策略的半智能CAFD系统总体结构。对面向夹具设计的工件的特征表达、基于混合推理的夹具设计决策技术和夹具设计知识表示等关键技术进行了研究。给出了面向夹具设计的工件特征类层次结构 。
Directed against the system of semi intelligent CAFD (Computer Aided Fixture Design),a kind of mixed reasoning strategy,based upon knowledge and human′s thinking,has been put forward.Through the analysis on ruled based and model based and case based reasoning,an overall structure of semi intelligent CAFD system based on mixed reasoning strategy is presented.A study was carried out upon the key techniques of feature expression of workpiece facing fixture design,of strategic decision technology for fixture design based on mixed reasoning and of knowledge expression of fixture design.The hierachical structure of workpiece feature facing fixture design is given.A research is made upon the knowledge expression of fixture design.
